¿ Habría que suponer que a estas alturas de la discusión, dicho decreto y sus modificaciones estén aprobados?

Consejero Leandro Carvallo critica importantes aspectos jurídicos formales y de fondo al Decreto presentado.

Consejera Beatriz Gómez H. crítica que decretó propuesto no haya sido revisado y corregido por Dirección Jurídica oportunamente antes de ser presentado al CS por actual Contralor Interno.

INCREÍBLE PERO CIERTO.
